By accessing or using VINny (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VINny provides real‑time vehicle sourcing alerts by scanning publicly available online marketplaces. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legality of listings.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non‑refundable. You may cancel at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VINny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
